R&D Plastic mould has rich experience for making battery box moulds and has established coopeartion relationship with many companies all around the world, including EXIDE(the largest battery manufacture in India), KAMAZ in Russia , DAZ in Uzbekistan , Australia company and so on.

We are professional for the battery box mould design .In our factory , we use standard mould base ,and cavity ,core steel H13 with Copper beryllium insert to ensure fast heat transferring .7 -tip YUDO hot runner system guarantees the evev wall thickness. For each insert ,we polish by hand to avoid any demolding scratch . The Efficient cooling system  makes the cycle time only 55s per shot.Independent cooling system of each cavity ensures the size consistency. Long time continuous mould testing ensures the mould will have nice performance in customer’s factory .

The battery box mould we made can make the side ledges insert interchangeable on the mould without downloading from the injection machine. This technical can save you lots of cost and time.
